Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

License: M.1900116

I utilize a strengths-based approach and I focus on finding effective and creative solutions to life’s challenges. I believe in identifying and breaking patterns that may contribute to individual and relational disfunction. I most identify with solution-focused, emotionally focused therapy as well as evidence-based forms of therapy including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I see both couples and individuals and treat a wide-range of clinical issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, infidelity, communication problems among other relationship and family issues. I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in the state of Ohio and am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. I graduated from Drew University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and the University of New Hampshire with a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
