My approach begins with a deep respect for your autonomy and the stories that shape your life. Rooted in Narrative Therapy, I help individuals, couples, and families untangle from problem-saturated stories and reconnect with what feels meaningful and true for them.
Clients often describe me as calm and steady, with a creative presence that invites fresh perspectives and new possibilities. I offer a space where your values are centered, your experiences are honored, and real change can begin to take shape.

I earned my Master’s in Human Development and Family Science from The Ohio State University, where I specialized in Couple and Family Therapy. My undergraduate background in Sociology helps me bring a systemic and socially aware lens to this work, one that attends not only to your inner world, but also to the larger forces that influence it.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years as a filmmaker. This work taught me how stories shape us, limit us, and sometimes save us. That sense of story continues to guide me today, as I collaborate with clients to explore the narratives they’ve inherited and help open the door for more authentic ones to emerge.

Whether you’re feeling stuck in a relationship, navigating a transition, or facing family stress, I offer a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and get curious about a life that feels more true to you. Together, we’ll cultivate awareness and begin to reauthor a path forward that feels more aligned with who you are and who you want to be.
